Fastly’s network has built-in redundancies and automatic failover routing to ensure optimal performance and uptime. But when a network issue does arise, we think our customers deserve clear, transparent communication so they can maintain trust in our service and our team. Notices will be posted here when we re-route traffic, upgrade hardware, or in the extremely rare case our network isn’t serving traffic. If you are experiencing issues and do not see a notice posted, please email support@fastly.com for assistance.

Scheduled
Fastly will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Fastly Application and API. These services will be placed in maintenance mode on 2020-07-25 at 19:00 UTC until 2020-07-25 21:00:00 UTC.

During this scheduled maintenance, customers will not be able to access service configurations through the Fastly App, and service API calls (with the exception of purging), will return a 503 status code. Historical stats, and WAF rule configuration will also be unavailable. Edge delivery, purging (except purge_all), stats aggregation, and all other content delivery services will be unaffected.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Edge Cloud Services (Fastly API, Fastly Configuration Application, Historical Stats, Real Time Analytics, TLS Provisioning, Purging, Configuration Deployment).
